Who you deal with

The Couple Escape team

Couple Escape is a small team that plans international trips for couples. We do not run group tours or family packages, so every proposal is written for two people.

When you send a plan request, it comes to us. A member of the team reads it, asks about anything unclear, and writes your proposal. You reply to the same email thread to change something or ask a question.

Human-first, always.

Couple Escape does not use AI. A real person on our team reads your enquiry, writes your proposal, and answers your messages. When you talk to us, you are always talking to a human.

What you receive

What a proposal includes

Before you decide anything, you get one written proposal. Nothing is booked until you and we agree on it in writing.

STAYS

Where you will sleep

Each hotel or villa named, with room type, number of nights and meals that come with the room.

TRANSFERS

How you get around

Airport pickups and drops, and any transfers between stays, listed day by day. Flights are shown only if you ask us to include them.

ACTIVITIES

What the days look like

The experiences planned for each day, with free time left in. You can swap or remove any of them.

INCLUDED

What is in the price

A plain list of what the quoted price covers, so nothing is assumed.

NOT INCLUDED

What is not

Also a plain list, for example visas, travel insurance, personal spending, or anything you add on your own.

TERMS

Payment and cancellation

Payment schedule and cancellation terms are stated in your proposal at quote stage, before you commit. Terms depend on the stays and services chosen.

Before you ask

Is it only for honeymoons?

No. Honeymoons, anniversaries, birthdays or a trip just because. If it is the two of you, it is a Couple Escape.

Do I have to book after sending a request?

No. A plan request is free and does not commit you to anything. A trip is arranged only after you and we agree on the proposal in writing.

Can we change the journey?

Yes. The journeys on this site are ideas. Your plan is shaped around your dates and preferences.

Why are there no prices on the site?

Every trip depends on your dates and choices, so prices are given in your written proposal.
