Couple Escape.
When you send a plan request we collect what you type: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, your destination and travel dates if you share them, and any notes you add.
We use your details only to plan your trip and to contact you about it. We do not sell your details.
Your request is stored privately on our hosting and added to a Couple Escape lead sheet in Google Sheets. We also send an email alert with your request to the Couple Escape mailbox. The Couple Escape team and its authorised assistant can access it to respond to you. We may share details with travel service providers only as needed to plan and arrange your trip, and only when you go ahead with it.
This site uses analytics and advertising tools. They are on for all visitors. We do not show a cookie banner.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information about your visit, such as pages viewed, device and browser details, approximate location and your IP address, so we can see how the site is used. When a plan request is sent we record that an enquiry was made, without your name, contact details or trip answers.
Advertising (Meta Pixel and Conversions API). The Meta Pixel sets cookies and sends visit information to Meta, such as pages viewed and a browser identifier, so Meta can measure and improve our advertising. When a plan request is sent, a Lead signal goes to Meta from your browser and from our server. The server signal can include your phone number in hashed (scrambled) form, which Meta uses to match the signal to its own records. We do not send your name or trip answers.
Google and Meta handle this data under their own policies (policies.google.com/privacy and facebook.com/privacy/policy). To opt out, use Google's browser opt-out add-on, manage ad settings in your Meta account, or block cookies in your browser. You can also write to hi@coupleescape.in and we will delete your details. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by sending a new enquiry through the Plan our trip page and asking us to do so.
We may update this page. The date above shows the latest version.
